See why more GPs choose Ausdocs.
Ausdocs is a doctor-owned network where clinics stay local and doctors remain central to the decisions we make with clinicians. We handle the business side so you can focus on patients—and progress your career on terms that fit your life.

You have questions? We have the answers.
Yes. As an independent contractor, you retain control over your working hours, appointment lengths and clinical schedule. Ausdocs, through our practices, supports flexibility and works with each GP to align practice operations with how you choose to work.
Yes. We have a number of clinics within our network that are approved providers to support Registrars at any stage in their GP training journey. We have clinics registrered to take registrars with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) in MMM1 - MMM5 locations across the network.
Absolutely. Ausdocs supports International Medical Graduates (IMGs) from across the world that work as General Practitioners / Family Physicians. That said, supervision requirements can vary depending on Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), and Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) requirements. This means we carefully assess each candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and support needs to ensure we can provide the right level of supervision and set both the doctor and the practice up for success.
Ausdocs provides structured onboarding support to help new GPs settle in quickly and confidently. This includes assistance with any paperwork needs prior to commencing, provider numbers, orientation to practice systems and workflows, introductions to the practice team, and access to central operational support. We also offer ongoing support post-commencement to ensure each GP is set up for long-term success within the network (e.g. Check in with your Area Manager, Doctor dispersment payments, a clear marketing plan to get your patient base established quickly).
Any conversations you have with Ausdocs prior to joining the network are stricly private and confidential. We respect your right to explore options without any obligation, pressure or fear of future repercussions.
Likewise, any ongoing conversations relating to your terms as a contractor (or employee for Registrars) will also be treated confidentially.
Yes. Our team will always prioritise an existing Ausdocs Group independent GP for a relocation to another clinic within our network. This means, should you want to relocate or look at moving to another clinic in our network, you can reach out to the Area Manager at any time, and the team can assist with sharing current vacancies or available options.
Are you and International Medical Graduate? Make the move to Australia.
