About Us
Our large, family-oriented practice in the heart of the beautiful Sunshine Coast, boasts a tight-knit team that generates a warm and fun practice atmosphere, whilst providing the highest-quality care to our patients.
We are a mixed billing practice with 11 dedicated and caring doctors, who are well supported by highly experienced nursing and reception/administration staff. We pride ourselves on our high nurse/doctor and receptionist/doctor ratios, along with a range of available allied health support services.
Pelican Waters Family Doctors is open Monday to Friday (7.30am – 5.00pm) with Wednesday's being open till 7.00pm. The practice is also located within a popular local shopping centre with a high volume of foot traffic. Our modern clinic features attractive consulting rooms, treatment rooms, and skin check facilities, as well as well stocked consumables and PPE.
About the Opportunity
We are currently looking for a General Practitioner to work either part-time or full-time hours with the other Doctors and our amazing support team of nurses and administration staff.
You’ll have flexible work hours (based on your availability) to support your preferred work-life balance, competitive percentage billings, a fun team culture with a talented team, and learning and development opportunities with owners encouraging GPs to pursue their individual clinical interests.
Pelican Waters Family Doctors also has a sister clinic in Golden Beach Medical Centre which is located just a short five (5) minute drive away.
About You
You are a private billing GP who cares about your patients. You are looking for a welcoming and established practice, who values both your free time and your career development.
The successful individual will also have:
· Registration with AHPRA as a Specialist General Practitioner
· Current medical indemnity insurance
· Right to work in Australia
