What is the referral bonus?

Ausdocs Group will pay a referral bonus to referrers who facilitate doctors that enter into a services agreement, based on certain conditions.

If you know a VR General Practitioner who would be a good fit to provide medical services from an Ausdocs Group practice, please provide their details to your Practice Manager or have the General Practitioner contact your Practice Manager.

Once the Practice Manager confirms they are interested you will be recorded as the referrer of the General Practitioner subject to the conditions of the program.

If a referred Doctor enters into a services agreement with one of our Practices, you could be eligible for up to a $4000 referral bonus!

Conditions for the referral bonus:

Rewards will be paid in two equal instalments; the first instalment will be paid on commencement with Ausdocs Group, and the second installment upon completion of the candidate’s first six months of a services agreement.
The maximum bonus of $4,000 is for a full-time GP. Full-time is where a GP under their services agreement works on average 35 hours or more per week. If the candidate does not work full time, then the payment will be pro rata based on their average hours per week working at the Practice over the initial 6 months, e.g., a referrer would be eligible for two $1,000 instalments for part-time doctor working 19 hours a week.
If two or more individuals refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral rewards.
Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a candidate enters into a services agreement up until 12 months after their initial referral. If a candidate enters into a services agreement outside of this 12-month period, no referral bonus will be paid.
Referrers are not eligible for rewards if they cease work or a services agreement with the Ausdocs Group or a Practice that is part of the Ausdocs Group.

Who can be referred?

We have conditions for candidates who can qualify for our rewards.

They must have:

Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
Registration as a General Practitioner
Personal medical indemnity insurance
Full Australian working rights
Enter into a services agreement with an Ausdocs practice providing General Practitioner services (not as locum GP)
Have not enquired and entered negotiations for a services agreement with our company for at least a year.

The VR General Practitioner must not have had a services agreement with Ausdocs Group before nor currently have a services agreement or have been in active discussions with a Practice Manager or Ausdocs senior management in the previous 12 months at the time of referral, and they must have stated an interest in entering into a services agreement at a new practice.

Who can participate in our referral program?

All employees of an Ausdocs Group entity and doctors who have a services agreement with an Ausdocs Practice are eligible to participate in our referral program except for:

Senior management (executives and practice managers)
Vendors, consultants, and former employees

Important notes

Keep in mind that rewards may be subject to taxation. Please contact HR or our Accounts manager for more information.

If any changes to this Policy occur after a referred doctor enters into a services agreement, the original Policy will be honoured if all conditions of the program are satisfied.

Other Conditions

Ausdocs reserves the right to change or cease this program at any time without notice, however it will endeavour to communicate changes in a timely manner to all eligible participants.

The decisions of Management are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Any eligible participants abusing this program may have their right to participate revoked.

Any term or condition in the Program found to be void, unenforceable or illegal may be severed and the remaining terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect.
